I ordered a couple of items from rydercup.com and overall had a good experience. I was glad to get the tracking info quickly, and the package arrived right when they said it would. The box had a small dent, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. It wasn’t the fastest delivery I’ve ever had, but I appreciated that it was smooth and there weren’t any real issues. I’d be happy to order from them again

I ordered from Ryder Cup and got the confirmation email quickly, so that part was straightforward. The email had the basic info I needed and the order itself went through without any issues.
After that, though, the updates were slower than I expected. I ended up checking back on my own, and when I did reach out, the tone made me feel a bit talked down to, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely felt average overall.

This Ryder Cup shirt is better than I expected. The material feels really nice and the quality is kind of ridiculous for the price. Glad I picked it up.

I tried getting Ryder Cup tickets the whole checkout process was a mess. The site kept freezing right when I was trying to pay, so I had to refresh a few times, and then my cart randomly emptied. Anyway, I did finally manage to get the tickets, but it took way longer than it should have, and the fees weren’t really clear until the very end.

I reached out to support and, yeah... they got back to me fast. It was a quick and easy experience overall.

I bought my Ryder Cup tickets on Ryder Cup and the prices were pretty much what I expected. The fees showed up before checkout so there wasn’t some random surprise at the end. Overall it was an easy buy and I’d use it again.

I had a frustrating time trying to pull up my tickets on my phone through Ryder Cup. One minute I was logged in, the next I’d been kicked out, and then the ticket page just sat there taking forever to load.
It’s especially annoying when you’re already on your way and just trying to do the normal, reasonable thing of making sure your tickets are ready. People shouldn’t have to stress over basic access to something they’ve already paid for.

I did eventually get in, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but it definitely added unnecessary hassle to the day. A smoother ticket system would make a big difference

I was able to find the match info I needed, so I guess it does the job. That said, some pages felt slow to load, and the menus were kind of messy on my phone. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but it just didn’t feel very smooth to use. Not awful, just could be easier.

Canceling was totally fine and painless. The refund, however, apparently had other plans and showed up later than I was hoping. Not a disaster, but definitely not winning any speed records.

I went to this event back in, I think, late May or maybe early June, and overall I had a good time. The hospitality staff were genuinely friendly and the venue itself looked really nice. That said, getting around once we were there was kind of confusing. Some of the signs weren’t super clear, and the lines for food and drinks took way longer than I expected. It didn’t ruin the day or anything, but for the price, I was hoping the onsite planning would feel a bit more organized

Logging into my account has been super easy every time. It just works without any hassle, which is kind of a nice little win.

The dates and times actually matched what happened, which was a nice surprise. No issues there, thankfully.

Overall, it was a good event and I think a lot of us had a nice time once we got settled in. That said, the queues felt messy and unorganized, which made things a bit frustrating for guests. A little more direction or clearer signage would’ve made the experience smoother for everyone
